Kleangas Energy Technologies, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Second Cycle Recycling
TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2014) - Kleangas Energy Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: KGET) is pleased to report today that the Company has completed the acquisition of Second Cycle Recycling, http://secondcyclerecycling.com
Bo Linton, KGET CEO, stated, "The Company's acquisition of Second Cycle Recycling, has added a very important R&D aspect of our operations. Currently we are the only company that is making paper pellets without a binder. Our plans are to expand its current operation in Indiana and pursue the states various environmental incentive programs."
Don Willis, EVP of SCR, stated, "The SCR acquisition by Kleangas will provide us the ability to greatly expand our current operations. For example we are currently producing and distributing Animal Bedding and Kitty Litter to local pet shops in central Indiana such as Critter Corner in Kokomo.
