Ben Hogan(R) Announces New Licensing Partnership With South Korean Leading Golf Apparel Company

MIAMI, June 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perry Ellis International, Inc. (PEI) (Nasdaq: PERY ) announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with Creas Fashions, Inc., granting rights under the Ben Hogan brand in South Korea for men's and women's golf apparel, men's and women's hosiery and golf accessories: Boston bags, caps, gloves, golf towels, umbrellas, neck and foot warmers and ear muffs. Ben Hogan, a leading men's golf brand, is part of the powerhouse PEI brand portfolio.
