Could this have been one of the question marks that prompted the SEC to act on SKTO? The company says it doesn't know why SKTO was temporarily suspended. No one outside that agency does, but it naturally behooves a suspended firm to be prepared with answers that readily surface after a cursory look at the public record. As most know, public records of business incorporations are one of the prime sources the SEC inspects, along with published financial statements and the like, in making their determination to suspend or not.

Savage, a while back, you discovered a number of collectives that use the same address in Pasadena, CA as IEquity Corp. i.e., 3579 E FOOTHILL BLVD #228 | PASADENA | CA | 91107. A business search shows that 12 collectives using this mailing address were all registered in CA on 06/28/2013 and list the same registered agent, namely, Olivia Naveda, V.P. of IEquity Corp, the controlling shareholder of SK/AE. In the SK Q1/Q2 2013 statement for period ending 06/30/2013, the company wrote: “In 2013 alone, Medical Greens™ has already contracted with 15 collectives to provide these services through marketing, management, licensing and service agreements."

One needn't be a regulator to see the obvious question that emerges: Is there any relationship between these 12 named collectives (entities seemingly created by IEquity) and the 15 contracted collectives not named but mentioned in SK's Q1/Q2 2013 financial statement?
