Just how difficult will it be for those who are short to take the share price down ?? No problem. Sell a few at $17.00 and down we go and ask me if I care. Will they get around to it ?? You bet they will.
Why ? It never works with TelVue stock. Taking it down is a joke because there are people waiting just for that.
What happens next depends on what the management wants to happen. If they have made enough money to consider a dividend than that may be what they have in mind.
If the dividend is high enough then a forward split to go along with it may be a good idea. There are so many ways to skin this cat and each is just a little better than the last.
The real deal is the more you own then the more you own after a forward split. The more you own the more you get when a dividend is declared.
I see the ask is $50.00. Forget it. There is not now nor will there ever be a reason to raise the stock price. That will be taken care of by others who have no say in this operation.
This is exactly why I have always said.
