VPER is currently down right now, but this is a great buying oppertunity, as they are building LED lighting for city street lights.
They are building a plant in Bettendorf, Iowa, that will be up and running before the end of the year. This will be bringing jobs back to the US, and away from China. They are two weeks into a 60 evaluation period in Shi Lanka, India, where if the lights do everything they are expected to do, this could be the beginning of a very big contract that could equal revenue.
