The credit union began with a soft-launch of the solution in April and members immediately started using the service without active promotion or marketing by the credit union.
Central Credit Union of Florida, with $130 million in assets and over 13,800 members, sought to expand their self-service offerings through the mobile channel as a part of its larger initiative to attract younger members, especially Gen Y.
