Well, I'm glad to hear you now acknowledge my expertise on SIRG and their permitting progress. Appreciate it. There is not "set" number of reviews. It will be reviewed until they are satisfied. They will then possibly request some alterations or clarifications....perhaps even some additional proof that care will be taken, and how. My best experience tells me the final ADEQ approval will be somewhere around February or March. I expect SIRG will not just 'sit' on it, but will spend the following few months trying to get financing to proceed.
