Viper Networks, Through Apollo Metro Solutions, Signs Partnership Agreement With ADALI Holding
TROY, Mich., June 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), is pleased to announce that the Company (in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.), has officially signed a partnership agreement with ADALI Holding, a well-established international company headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
This strategic partnership calls for the establishment of three new ADALI Holding marketing offices to be located in Oman, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan specifically for marketing and selling Apollo Metro's proprietary, advanced LED lighting products for streets, highways and buildings along with the Company's Fast Grow LED lights for faster, more abundant vegetation and plant growth.
With offices worldwide from Bucharest to Frankfurt to Washington D.C., ADALI is a highly respected Turkish-based company with a 50-year track record of construction project success with a service network that now provides General Contracting, Construction Management, Design and Construction, Project Development Services and contributes to the coalition forces in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S. Military; with Basic & Real Life Support that covers Facility Maintenance services.
ADALI Holding will also be instrumental in securing manufacturing facilities for the production of all LED light sales throughout the region.
The three new marketing offices will initially focus on LED lamps sales and LED lights with Fast Grow technology sales in Turkey, Oman and other Middle Eastern countries and many of the oil-rich countries that make up the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which include: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine, respectively.
