IMO, and probably stating the obvious, EWSI will bounce between .01 and .015 as those in control flip again and again till some news breaks the cycle.
Martie has said the $20 mil china rev from latter part of 2013 will get stated. This will cause a boost and prove this source of money is real but perhaps not for long. Reason being I don't think there's any China revenue for Q1 and Q2 of 2014. He said relations have been suspended with China folks until they improve internal systems and policies. There has been no announcement that these relations have been reinstituted, so there's no revenue from this source. So a refiling of 2013, whenever, will be nice boost temporarily, but when folks see no China rev for 1st half of 2014, and only revs from Cincy (no other plants will be on line till the fall) that will be the next disappointment for us all. If Martie is right about 50 mil. for 2014 it has to mean these China relationships are about to come back on line and he sees 20 mil 3rd Q and 20 mil 4th Q from them, which when added to other sources (Cincy and perhaps another plant online for a Q4 contribution) he gets to $50ish.
So it's gonna happen but way slower than we thought.
