This facility will save the Company close to $200,000 per year in rent alone due to the efficient use of productive space, and other savings. The facility also has expansion capabilities to accommodate our acquisition program.

It will further help us in our acquisition program whereby we intend to bring several of these prospective targets in house, adding some $15 million dollars in new revenue and $3 million in EBITDA."
