Variable reasons why people may or may not be in the photos. It is always brought up by the other team there is no one around. Like it's a studio set up by Teco to fraud investors.
Not important, and storage tanks come in different sizes, etc. Viewing the tank, does it appear to be more than one truck load of oil that will be sold ?.
