- poor business decisions got this shut down, not Pharma
- it's hard to accept that our faith was in vain, so its normal to make excuses for the company we've been following
- some of the theories here are absurd
- recent shutdowns have taken place after fins posted
- they posted fins and then on the CC tempted fate with "none of the predictions have come true." Personally, I think that was the kiss of death.
- the SEC is protecting future investors from being scammed in these MMJ stocks, as the bubble grows they are trying to get control early.
- it actually is fair that the SEC can shut these companies down IMO and heres why... Pinks are the lowest form of acceptable public company, they are given really easy rules to comply with compared to upstream companies, and it's easy for them to defraud investors. When a MMJ Pink starts taking advange of GAAP, missing deadlines, fake alunching stuff... they are looking a gift horse in the mouth. The Pink world is one step from disaster and they should play the game better. Sadly, they miscalculated last March. I am not saying SKTO engaged in fraud at all btw... their recent plans seemed rock solid, but it was too late.
