I also think there's a possibility of some more announcements of deals, including the possibility of an 'agreement' to buy a processor. Mr. Bordynuik went through paying the CFO and the audit for the 10-K rather than pocketing that money. My guess is that he feels he can get investors to pony up more money than that cost. His touchstone would have been the last PIPE at $0.10 which raked in $320,000 so another PIPE at this juncture making more than that CFO/audit cost might be tricky unless Mr. Bordynuik and/or Mr. Heddle have something up their sleeves.
It's possible that Mr. Bordynuik just wants to walk away and let the mess sail off into the sunset and disappear rather than not paying for the audit and letting it sink in port with him nearby, but he seems very motivated by investor money.
