It would be neat if a single "mea culpa" would suffice. One misstatement in one PR for an SEC-filer (EDVP) then, "Go in peace, my son." But the odds are against it. There is a 0.0000052% chance of escaping the Grey Sheets. Only 1 in 1,932+ accomplished that singular feat since Jan 1, 2010.
"Of the 1,932 Suspended stocks, only EDVP got off of the Grey Sheets, a very rare occurrence."
