and you've never had one positive post of those remaining (non scrubbed) on SI .. IHUB or here

is deliberate obfuscation on your part
the avoidance or ignorance re: legal counsel and regular interaction
with the sec is stunning ..
i'd suggest you start with the most recent filings and work back
it's all laid out in black and white specific to monies burned and monies
rec'd in (and by whom)
one could actually read them and recognize co. was operating on a shoe string (fiscally in case that word eludes)
the ? becomes which course going forward >> is better for investors
dilution after 4+ years non stop orchestration .. so dilution is done at the *low* ..isn't in the interests of investors ..
just one of the reasons trolls infiltrated this board ..
the process is well known re: transitioning out of the OTC
audited fins are just one piece
next round housekeeping items checked off the co.s to do list
should result in an update ..
which imo will lead to an asset sale and the seating of the BoD
(partial or in total) .. b4 mgmt can uplist .. my expectation is this fall
either way i know full well that there will
