and doesn't control flow of info out of P2O
just another reminder .. re: what *we* want vs what we get
mgmt (and their counsel) interface with the sec *regularly*
zero doubts that all possibilities are asked about with the dolts
oh and another .. fyi .. legal counsel tends to be conservative (on both sides)
and your opinion re: the 3rd Q (and i quote) *going swimmingly*
is not one i share/d .. i called it >> wresting the company back
but how nice to see opinions now on offer from 2013 vs 2009
it's certainly an improvement imo
