IMHO,if you are seriously interested in the timing of a PR re: site #3 permit, you should ignore both the constant pumpers on the board and their dedicated basher antagonists--let the juveniles play their childish games in the sandbox by themselves. Simply monitor the daily volume traded, looking for a dramatic increase in volume that sustains for several days w/o pps deterioration. This will be the inevitable indication of the buy signal from the FL government office to their insulated "brothers-in-law". At this point, and only at this point, will the timing of permit be deemed truly imminent. The vision is much clearer when you look at developments without emotion, strictly historical realism of the system and its repeated workings.
