i recognize it for the *tactic* it is .. designed to take a toll on the exhaustion scale and *drain* finances (legal) from co.s coffers
my sincere wish is P2O's asset sales allow *trials* with a little reciprocity
via discovery
right now that is just a wish .. and clearly there is no way to predict
future mgmt and BoD's intent .. but it's one route i'd actively pursue
and who knows re: those markers >> just how *active* a role some of us may take going forward .. hmmmm
