My best friend here in Tucson's Hubby was one of the heads of DEA since retired 3 years ago..MJ is not an issue per them 
Its herion, bath salts, cocaine, and the "spice" being sold at local tobacco shops....Ive taken care of Spice over doses...children thinking spice is legal ...seizing...losing their airways, the bath salts are making people be like Hercules ...they think they can stop a car in traffic..not to mention herion and cocaine over doses...When I was In a ER 1 hour from the boarder here in Tucson, the boarder patrol and DEA say the same thing "these drugs are cheep and easily smuggeled...its not MJ they are worried about (sorry grammer police)
