I agree with your forecast on the future of these two firms. They could stay in grey's and come back some time in the future; however, it may be difficult. More likely another firm that has an existing and "current" shell would be a good candidate to take over. If that is the case, they need to do everything professionally and like clockwork and have fins audited before posting them.
