Benz probably ain't suing the SEC.If he does he is a rock god.That woukd be great.Lots of guerilla marketing possibilities,too.
You do not even know why they were suspended, how did they deserve it?Go after the wrongdoers,not the shareholders.
Bkind, you and Bells both claimed you were still shareholders ,albeit holding less shares than before,why on God's green earth would you guys be shareholders of a company you thought was a scam?Now you have had 2 of your stocks suspended.I do not think you should be punished for " questions" the SEC has.They should narrow the scope to known scamming by specific individuals in the companies they have questions about.
