agreed re: 10K .. my word was fugly
but then we all knew from the last Q
that the co. was operating on a shoestring
based on prior burn rate .. which is why it
was so interesting to see the last 2 rounds
re: funds raised (which i publicly commented
on were to pay for the cost of the K's audit)
as i noted last fall .. with the co.s intent to sell prox

which based on the K .. has been ..
all it takes is one buyer .. imo mgmt has more than one buyer re: P2O
what is telling to me is mgmt chose not to go *dark* instead
hired a CFO and spent the funds on the K (385k combined)
and yep the CFO took one third of his salary in stock
based on my awareness of some of those who did the last pipe
i have no doubts that mgmt could have raised the 200k needed
to repair/replace
they chose not to .. just one of the reasons why i believe there are
buyers waiting in the wings re: P2O
my expectation is that material event comes after housekeeping items
which leads me to your query re: side letter
the side letter .. and it's remarkable reading with hind sight and
er >> circumstantial evidence >> re : May and Friedman
and i'm sure a few others whose *aroma* is unmistakable

what they most likely didn't count on .. with the almost immediate compression of the stock after *threshold* was triggered for the 2nd
time on JBII one month after the *side letter* was >> filed
was that documentation would exist re: their *efforts*
i noted some revealing aspects in 2012 and 2013
which again (if it comes to it re: a court room) would show
*true* intent *imo* where some of these *entities* are concerned
reminder >> multiple levels/playas in place re: JBII
this technology isn't going away .. and it's very clear to me that
the cycle of money doesn't just apply to crews working OTC stox
via the vehicle of choice re: OTC stock manipulation
but there is no denying exhaustion is a very real component
and i'm not just noting re: retail .. i can only imagine the fatigue
in place @ JBI
