"Once again, I ask that you back up your assertion

A purchase is a fairly binary event. It either happens or it doesn't. The verb tense of "buying" is a 'mistake' in tense that Mr. Bordynuik routinely makes to mislead shareholders. Such as "filing" for patents or "operating." 801 might have been schooled in grammar by Mr. Bordynuik and now might carry the same defect to the detriment of his posting.
I think it's fairly obvious that a sale might be difficult since all processors sit hobbled and JBI wasn't ever able to run them profitably when the processors supposedly were "operating". For years JBI couldn't find a source of plastic which could be converted into something of higher value and now JBI needs to find a customer who has that elusive source of plastic -and- who is willing to buy a processor.
Can we say for sure nobody has signed on the bottom line? No, but we can't definitively say that pigs haven't suddenly taken flight either nor that hell hasn't suddenly frozen over.
Alternatively, 801 could e-mail the company and ask whether any processors have been sold.
