Pro: The suspension and removal of SKTO to Grey Sheets might serve as the escape hatch for Berkeley Bio. Most contracts contain performance clauses. I seem to recall your musings on the notion of BB liberated from SK. In any case, I think the folks at BB are smart enough to have prepared for various exigencies so they can continue to carry on their important work outside of the SK3 shell.
