Joe: How about a company buyback of some of Mr. Lenfest's shares at a reasonable price along with a cash dividend on all shares excluding Mr. Lenfests? A stepped buyout of all his shares over time might be beneficial to him tax wise and to the shareholders at the same time. Those shares could then be used for forward splits to those that own the 55,000 shares helping to increase the liquidity.
Lots of options all of which offer promise to shareholders as long as the company continues to generate profits.
