Well I guess it encouraging to see an effort is being made in the communication dept but it seems like fluff to me. I would like them to answer us about all the issues out there right now. To date they have ignored our major questions. I don't know if they can't speak about them because of some strategy but if that's the case then they should just say "hey we hear you but at this time in we cannot comment further on that topic". Just like any good business, coach or leader does every day.
