Rules of First North (27.3.) require the Issuer to disclose information about transactions of significant amount (all transactions in the amount of ten (10) or more per cent of the shareholders equity capital). To address this matter, Telescan AS hereby discloses relevant information documentation.
Telescan AS has grouped all transactions from January 1st to May 31st, 2014, that are significant. The descriptions of the transactions, as well as their influence on the business and financial indices of the Issuer, sums to be paid or received in the future, can be found in the document attached.
Telescan has taken steps to broaden its shareholder basis and has drawn up measures necessary for increasing the Company's net equity. These foreseen measures are listed in the agenda of the notice to call Annual General Meeting of Telescan AS, made available on the NASDAQ-OMX information system on June 5th 2014.
