Shareholders will want to know where the revenues came from. Audited financials are great but only confirmation of the sustainable revenue source will provide a run (a sustained pps increase).
With so many years of DUTV's failure to deliver, shareholders are going to need confirmation that business partnership(s) are real and revenue sources are ongoing. New investors will have years of history to view showing the many statements of DUTV and the nebulous accomplishments, so they too will require proof outside of an audited financial.
But don't take my word for it, wait and see...
