Whether public or private, any such company that is actively running a pyrolysis processor would represent an alternative opportunity for deep-pocketed private investors and funds. Not only have they received tens of millions in financing from Waste Management and a host of the most respected venture capital firms in existence, but also recently from a famous billionaire tycoon, Richard Branson:
