Lots of Gold Bearing dirt, State Registered water wells, minimal reclamation fees on existing mine features (Pads, settling ponds, gates,roads etc etc), BLM laughing at how ridiculously low the reclaim fees are, MSHA is 15 Minutes on a website form paying $100, NOI's can be filed by the dozen and more importantly...OODH shareholders laughing all the way to the BANK!
