So Q4 of 2013 turned out to be dead--the failure of the condenser in late Q4 somehow explains away why processors #2 and #3 weren't running in full profitable production during the rest of the quarter.
Q1 and Q2 of 2014 are dead since those condensers haven't been fixed yet and Q2 is almost over.
...and the company expects the condensers won't be fixed until at least Q3...so we can assume Q3 will be toast as well.

The Faithful and Patient simply reset their time lines as they have faithfully done over and over and over in the past. Few seem to suspect that there is some problem with the 'technology' not doing what Mr. Bordynuik claimed it would do.
Soooooo...the next chance for JBI to redeem itself will be in Q4 of this year...the results of which will be reported in the spring of 2015 with the next 10K if all goes well.
