Tatyana Signs Lease for Toronto Boutique

LAS VEGAS, June 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tatyana Designs, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink:TATD), a growing retailer specializing in contemporary designs inspired by the golden age of fashion, today announced the signing of a lease for its forthcoming Toronto Boutique. Located near the intersection of Queen Street West and Spadina, the Tatyana Boutique is scheduled to open in July 2014 and occupies one of the most iconic and well-trafficked locations in the world.

"The 'Queen St. West' area is a cultural nexus known for its restaurants, clubs and eclectic mix of forward looking, trend setting designer boutiques," notes Tatyana Khomyakova – co-CEO and chief designer of the brand. "The vibrant arts and fashion culture attracts artists, celebrities, students and others by the thousands. 'Queen Street' has become synonymous with the words 'trendy', 'hip', and 'cool'. Perfect for the Tatyana brand!"

"Our newest Tatyana boutique is situated in the heart of Toronto," notes Tatyana Designs co-CEO Jan Glaser. "We continue to be gratified by the enthusiastic acceptance of Tatyana's designs by women from all walks of life. This is especially true as we have an enormous Canadian following with thousands wearing our dresses representing a disproportionate percentage of our customers. Now we have the opportunity to honor their patronage with our first Canadian outlet in an amazing location."

One unique feature of the Toronto store is that the Company has leased the entire 3,000 square foot building for ten years. "The ground floor is our boutique," noted Glaser, "but we have fully improved space for three stories on top which we intend to use for additional services that integrate with the community's needs. We are confident that the new Toronto location will track the success of our other seventeen company-owned outlets all located in prime 'street' or up-scale mall locations."
