and will apply to have its newly re- issued common shares admitted for trading under the name Medical Greens, and with a new trading symbol, upon approval from FINRA.
The previously announced distribution of common shares of Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. held by the company, to its shareholders is still underway and awaiting the filing and effectiveness of a registration statement for the shares, to be filed by Alternative Energy Partners.
