Since ur an insider...privy to ALL that has transpired to date...and had ur own involvement in matters.....why don't u explain why the permit HAS NOT been granted yet.....what does Sturgeon County want GESI to do...BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN CONSIDER A PERMIT.....AND IF IT WAS DONE....(and only a fool would do it) ...DOES STURGEON COUNTY GUARANTEE A BUILDING PERMIT FOR A PROVEN TECHNOLOGY THAT MEETS THE LAND USUAGE REQUIREMENTS THERE IN STURGEON COUNTY??
