The appointment signals a strong move for RelinkLabs into the talent intelligence game, as Mendoza plans to be a Senior Product Advisor for their new suite of products. RelinkLabs launched in 2012.
Dave Mendoza , a U.S.-based talent strategist and award-winning speaker, has expanded into global sourcing strategies in the last few years. Mendoza works with Fortune 500 companies with large and complex talent systems to simplify and help make the most of disparate data.
"My goal is to enable sustainability of the shelf life of talent data" said Mendoza. "Companies have access to so much but it's in a firehose.
