Yes, the trading today looks to me like the stock is bottoming out here. The stochastics had been on a short term downtrend and needed to refresh. It is possible that without any developments it could bump along the 200 DMA for a while; up and down a few ticks from the .003 level. This kind of churn is actually very healthy trading action.
