But if it was an off the shelf part (the condenser), it may have happened.
Also, from my research, a stitch weld is not what one would use on a pressure vessel. Then again, it is not my area of expertise. It is a hydrogen/ nitrogen thing..

But, it does not end there. JBI would have had to have a Commissioning step where each item is tested on it's own, it should not have passed that.
Further, JBI should be able to make a claim against the manufacturer for damages if the part is defective. And, it should have been resolved fairly easily. They are saying they have run out of money??? hmm ho hum.
