if housekeeping (K/Q/ticker/cusip/name change) are completed b4 eom
of the 2nd Q (6.30.14)
it may well be that we see that sequence <at least the first> re: material events by last week of June
it's interesting to note:
equally interesting to note was the company's founder's *confidence*
re: that form 4 filed and *cancellation* >> dated >> 5.30.14
