My prediction is the Q is filed Friday after the close and will be followed by other developments maybe, in my rosy scenario world, by Monday before the market opens.
In the scheme of things a couple small engineering issues were successfully resolved. those may not be the last issues but were really out of left field.
Some sort of funding needs to occur but I don't think a whole lot of money is required to get to a sale of processors, or the blending facility. It is always in the back of my mind the sale of the entire Niagara Falls facility could take place with a provision in place that test runs can be processed for a period of time.
