Yes. Those few who were able to short it must have been biting their nails all the way down and are always terrified...of the 35% income tax bill they'll need to pay once they cover. Any of them who were short at $7.00 may have to pay $2.40 per share in income taxes.
How many shares are there short on average?? $10k worth?? I think it helps some posters to feel that numerous shorts are constantly scared and the stock generally sinks so gradually that many of the longs don't seem to notice that they were taken to the cleaners.
