Troyal - are you F'n serious? Luis Bolanos spent three hundred thousand dollars on thirty million shares of BLTA at 1 cent - ABOVE THE MARKET VALUE!!!!!
Ask yourself: Why would a man - who is on the board of directors and has his finger on the pulse of BLTA - do such a thing?
Perhaps he know something! (and because he is an "insider", the SEC requires that his actions be told to the public).
Perhaps he realizes that buying BLTA at .01 is a huge bargain - even if he has to wait 6 months for those share to become unrestricted.
Perhaps he realized that he could not possibly purchase that many shares in so short a time period (next week things should start to happen).
Listen - if you are going to try to put a negative spin on it - as you always seem to do - then at least get the F'n Fact Right!
That is what I mean about "the whiners have to man-up".

BTW......I said 2 to 3 PRs or verifiable news releases in June.
That counts as 1. I have 26 days left and only 1 or 2 more news items left and my prediction will have been right on target.
