Perhaps, however, why has it taken 10 months to "Find an Auditing Firm" to complete the financials in a Corporation that has ZERO revenues?  You seem like an intelligent person, audited financials would take about 30 days, don't you think?  IMO I don't think any frim wants to touch this, clearly there are some illegal activities going on inside the Management.

I know many business owners, and it does not take 10 months to do Fiscal Audits, even in Companies with revenues over $5 Million.  GDSM has ZERO revenues, what is the REAL hold up?
