MIAMI BEACH, FL, June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive" (OTC:FILM) announces that subsequent to the press release of May 20, 2014, Cre8tive has entered into a formal agreement to acquire all of the assets of InSight Media. It is expected that the formal agreement will close on or before June 15, 2014.
