Drove by @ 4. Site 1 - bobcat & front loader looking like they were finishing grading. Aside from security no other vehicles on site. Site 2-3 work vehicles. I did not see any vehicles that stood out as government. I approached on Manning. Looks like I may be able to pass by again tomorrow morning and a couple of times next week. I'll keep everyone posted.
