Hey BoBo,
I personally feel that after the most recent shareholder letter, confidence was certainly restored to a degree. That said, people want to see hard numbers, I know I do. I am confident-make that very confident- that we will see an audited 10 k/a before we see Q2 in mid August.
I have always believed in MN's capabilities, especially with his extensive business experience in M/A and his educational background which is operations research, absolutely ideal for this venture. (see link)

As far as buying, I hesitated at .0095-.01. I have since bought another 2.2MM shares between .0105 and .012.
What I am loving about this slow move is that we now have 11 straight days of higher lows, and the daily trading rang has been shrinking all the way down to a marginal 6.04% today. Both of these things tell me we have great strength and stability right now.
The run to .03 in late April was a 150% jump in 3 days. No way is a run like that sustainable. This one has been a slow 37.5% gain in 11 days meaning no gaps to backfill and solid new bases being formed every couple of days. This kind of move is very sustainable imo.
With VNDM on the ask there are obviously more shares to be sold, however, it looks to me as if they are selling slowly. Also, they probably don't have to much more left.
At this point I'll be surprised to see us go below .013 and I don't think we'll even go that low.
I really don't like giving trading advice but if I were planning on adding, I'd probably take 1/2 the position I was looking to add at this level.
Whatever you do, I believe these are the safest buy levels we have seen in months, specifically because of the stability and the current lack of investor indecision.
