Distractions and irrelevant JBI history will not help answer these current burning questions regarding the timing of yesterday's Form 4 filing, including
WHY Mr. Bordynuik would give up the control of his super voting rights,
why he continues to hold over 4 million common shares,
why he would return 650K options for "future staff and directors," and
why he would retain a bunch of his own options that won't be in the money until $1.50???
Why indeed? I rather doubt its because "there is no future value" in JBI... lol
Oh baby, this could get interesting real fast.
