Wrong -= Costco does not produce product awareness - Marketing produces Product awareness... Costco produces product availability. This is important and they both balance each other out. But Marketing is not as plentiful... where is the use of Twitter or FB to spread grass roots marketing... where's the man about town angle... NO - the only force of marketing they have is the shareholders... about the only people who buy regularly enough, and possibly share with friends... one in about 50 of which would make a purchase on their own (on Average).
But this gets away from the point = awareness of the stock is a different beast.
