If I could spell "here" this morning, it would be 1,000 times better. LoL. Early morning coffee wake me up! No, I don't drink coffee, but I drink tea (1,000 times better, for me anyways), but I digressed.
As for when, my hunch is very soon, sometime within the next 28 days, if not sooner. Why the full 28 days? I've done a little research, a ticker/name change is not an overnight process and getting all the forms, filings and fiduciary responsibilities prudently accurate takes time.
For example, Ultimate Novelty Sports (ticker: UNOV) recently completed a ticker and name change with Earth Science Tech (who just happens to be another fly-by-night MJ company, ticker: ETST).

So...when Angel recently mentioned he is consulting with his legal team, as we can see (above), there may be a considerable time lag from the announcement, to hitting the go button, but company activity 'amplifies' once that go button is pressed! In my opinion, that announcement could come any day, and the dust will be kicked up and won't be settling for very long time thereafter...
