I never heard that they were going to sell shares for acquisitions. Where did you hear that? I do see that they plan to give PCG 25mil if the acquisition goes through. Those 25 mil appear to be separate from the notes, and potential shares, given to iEquity. The 4 billion is a potential, based on last quarters conversion, not a reality yet. They could retire those notes or convert at a different rate.
