Cre8tive Works enters into formal agreement to acquire assets of Insight Media

MIAMI BEACH, FL , June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive") (OTC:FILM) announces that subsequent to the press release of May 20, 2014 , Cre8tive has entered into a formal agreement to acquire all of the assets of InSight Media. It is expected that the formal agreement will close on or before June 15, 2014 .
